The countdown to their BIG day has begun!  

I absolutely LOVE this couple!  They are not only two incredibly sweet people with amazing personalities but also SOOO in love!  They chose the Tubac Golf Resort for their session and it was perfect!  I was a little nervous while driving because it was slightly cloudy but that sun poked through at perfect times.  Alyssa and Brian were so easy to photograph because they were so comfortable being themselves.  Both of them are so outgoing, up of anything, and funny - it made my job so easy and FUN!  It sure didn't feel like I had just met them that day.  And since this is a small town we all live in, we have even ran into each other a few times!  I absolutely can't wait to see photos of them on their big day in June - I know their summer Chicago wedding is going to be perfect!  

I mean...SERIOUSLY?!  Are they not so CUTE?!

Senior sessions are so fun!  I love the excitement and anticipation for what is next for them!  And what a better way to celebrate the "places you will go" than with your very own PHOTO SHOOT!  

Senior sessions are ALL ABOUT YOU!  Your personality, your location, your ideas...YOUR STYLE!  During my pre-session meeting or consultation we plan this day together and make it lots of fun!  Location hopping, outfit changes, props...even hair and make up is available!  What a great way to end your senior spring fever with a day about you! 

Mary is a senior at Catalina Foothills High heading to The University of Arizona in the fall!  She can't wait be a wildcat!  Growing up in Tucson, I suppose she bleeds blue and red ;-)  It was so fun hearing her talk about living in the dorms, her major, and the friends she has also attending there!  She's going to LOVE it!  What an exciting time for her (though I know her mama is a little sad) :-)

Desert Maternity Session with the Narter Fam! | Oro Valley, Tucson, Marana Maternity Family Photographer

I have been so excited to blog this gorgeous mama with her cute little bump and her family!  (And super excited to meet little Caleb next week!)  When Abby contacted me at 38 weeks, she was concerned that maybe it was too late for her to get maternity photos.  Photography experts say there is an ideal window but...is it ever really too late to capture the beauty, excitement, and joy of pregnancy?  I don't believe so!  

Sometimes I get nervous photographing "strangers".  Yes, I am a very talkative, silly, loud, jokester...but even the most extroverted people get worried about meeting new people!  Well, the minute this family got out of the car...I felt like we knew each other for years!  They were so warm, sweet, and so excited about making their little family a FOUR.  

We met at a little desert pull off near my neighborhood.  I absolutely LOVE this rustic door and the adjacent desert makes it a perfect mini-session spot!  Congratulations Matt, Abby, and BIG SISTER Evelyn!  Stay tuned for more of this family of FOUR coming soon!
